To whom it may concern,

When Alicia asked if I would write a letter describing our experience working with her I was over the

moon. My husband and I were first time home buyers and came to the table with very little knowledge

or experience. Alicia came to us as a recommendation and right off the bat we were extremely pleased.

Alicia really listen to what we were looking for in a house and really took the time to get a sense of the

type of people we are which made find a home that suited our needs a breeze.

My husband and I thought buying a home would be a very stressful and unpleasant experience but in

actual fact it was extremely smooth which I think had a lot to do with Alicia. Alicia was never

overpowering and she did not hound us with phone calls or e-mails but whenever we needed her she

was always easily accessible. Being potential first time home owners Alicia really took the time to walk

us through the process in detail and answer all of our questions or found out the answers to our

questions in a timely manner. When looking at homes Alicia was always describing and visualizing the

home as if she were buying it herself and this made us feel like she always had our best interest at heart.

She is very detailed oriented and her years of experience within real estate really shine through when

she is showing you a home.

All in all, our experience with Alicia was an amazing one and because of her we have found our dream

home I We found buying our home to be a very pleasurable experience and we feel that it should be
